Terms of use

Terms for using Credalume

These terms govern the Credalume automated self-service SaaS, including its free snapshot and provider-test checkout. Live charging remains disabled until merchant approval.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. By using the audit, you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

2. The product

Credalume is automated self-service software, not a marketing, agency, or consulting service. A submitted public URL or marketing text is analyzed by the application, which produces a scored report, evidence observations, safer wording directions, exports, saved access, and—on Growth—report comparisons. Test-mode orders are verified by a signed payment-provider webhook and delivered through the provider receipt. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked before publication or commercial reliance.

3. Your content and authority

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Credalume the limited permission needed to retrieve and process it for the requested audit. You must have the right to submit the content and must not use Credalume to access private systems or analyze unlawful material.

4. Prohibited use

Do not submit credentials, personal or confidential data, attempt to bypass access controls, probe internal networks, overload the service, reverse engineer security controls, automate abusive requests, or use an output to misrepresent evidence or professional approval.

5. No professional advice or performance promise

Credalume does not provide legal, medical, scientific, financial, regulatory, or accessibility advice. A score or rewrite is not a warranty that a claim is lawful, true, safe, accessible, or likely to convert. Qualified review and real-world testing remain your responsibility.

6. Access and availability

The product may change, be rate-limited, or become temporarily unavailable. Signed-in reports are available only to the matching purchase email; private links must be kept confidential and can expire or be revoked. Paid charging will remain unavailable until provider approval, even though the automated workflow operates in provider test mode.

7. Intellectual property

Credalume’s brand, interface, methodology text, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may use your generated audit for your own business subject to these terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The free product is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Credalume is not liable for decisions made without independent verification, indirect losses, lost revenue, or claims based on content you publish. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Before formal proceedings, contact support@credalume.com so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
