Include the page URL, report ID, and a concise description of the issue. Do not email passwords, payment-card data, private health information, or confidential source material.
Expected response
Support requests are reviewed in the order received. Credalume does not currently offer emergency, telephone, legal, medical, or scientific support.
Billing status
The self-service checkout, signed webhook, automated report creation, receipt delivery, exports, and customer account operate in provider test mode. Live charging remains disabled until merchant approval. Credalume will never ask you to send card details or cryptocurrency by email.
